Breach of Contract & Bad Service

When I moves in at 19 Glen Valley flat i had to do self inspection. The kitchen sink was leaking, pipes rusty, toilet leaking, shower leaking and walls dirty.

You really have to lick ass to get something done at Uvest Letting. The outside gutters loose on the roof. When I complaint about all of this I recieved an email stated that I took the place " AS IS " WHAT THE HELL ? I am renting the flat . Only " as is " is when you buy a property.

Four (4 ) people that was renting has not recieved their deposit back as they were told they broke this and that and after a inspection was done by Uvest Letting and given the " OK " from them.

People please be aware before anyone ever want to rent . Speak to the occupants who is renting.
