Bad customer services and lack of communication

My partner and I spoke to an agent from Uvest Letting (Gerrit Kirchner) to assist us with an apartment to rent. We had to continuously phone after him to ask questions and to stay updated. Many times he was not available or just didn t answer his phone. At the end of the day he came back to us only to say that the flat is not available anymore. Bad services. I'm really disappointed.
