Damaged goods

I bought goods at Uv Urban in Woodmead and wasn't happy with the goods, I tried to return the sissy boy boots but they refused to take the goods. I still have the boots because I am unable to wear them due to being so uncomfortable. I bought the boots for 900 and they still in the wardrobe because I can't wear them and I hate them. Never been worn still on the original packaging.
