Poor cuisine

<p>Purchased food from Utsav on sunday afternoon. Panner biryani pathetic: basmati rice underdone, 5 small pieces paneer and 3 tiny pieces potato. Felt we were eating spicy rice rather that paneer biryani. 2 pieces cake whilst tasty, portions were pathetic. Each slice just 2 mouthfuls and we were feeling short changed. Cannot comment on the beans buuny, as it was bought for someone else. Hoping that by this review, this restaurant will improve the quality of their dishes. </p>
