NO SERVICE

I opened an account being promised a lot. Apart from the consultants at fir harassing me non stop and not listening, now when I want to withdraw my funds I am not getting any feedback from my consultant and also get told I have insufficient funds available to withdraw. What happened to my money that stays my money and which I can withdraw at any given time.
