Utopian projects have invalidated my residential apartment's electrical certificate of compliance (CoC) after they damaged some equipment and failed to complete an electrical installation. One month later the service is still not delivered despite being paid. Utopian projects are refusing to fix my electrical wiring, or reinstate the CoC for electrical compliance to uphold the law.

Whether these electricians are even qualified is something I have queried. The first one could not read the electrical diagram and the installation that was done by the 'senior' electrician kept on shorting. This is a fire risk putting lives in danger.
