******* disconnection of electricity supply

My electricity account was in arrears due to unemployment. It was disconnected. I made arrangements and had already as up to last week paid a substantial amount exceeding half of the balance back they disconnected the supply again without notification not following the rules as prescribe by the law. On requesting the documention no response to several request received however the electricity supply was reinstated. This is proof of an ******* disconnection during lockdown level 3. They were fully aware of my illness and position. I suffered a great loss during this time.and they are just refusing to compensate me for this. I have opened a case against them at the SAP.
