Terrible Company!
This company does not even deserve a star! Terrible company! Got a bill of R2700 when paying R3000 still in the red with R450 just to find out that they took service charges then to top it off a view days afterwards we saw that they charged water about 2 months after we moved in i had to pay a bill of R1500 just to have R270 electricity in my wallet. This company switched us off without even notifying us that we are behind on our bill. They charge in loadshedding times when it's not even possible to make use of electricity. They charged us water from June we moved in September! I would rather cancel my contract at my residence than make use of them.
