They are constantly dealing with high call volumes. I suggested a call back. They did call me back the first time, and I gave them my delivery address, then there was silence for four days. I called again and requested a call back, but nothing happened. On the third call, made three days later, I again asked for a call back due to "high call volumes," which is code for we only have one person working the phone lines. Still no card, no SMS confirming the delivery date, and no communication from them.
