Uthungulu Investments Holdings not Reachable forEnquiry on Shares

I and my mother bought shares when UThungulu Investment Holdings (Pty) LTD was introduced in 1997 as one of the companies to be JSE listed that aimed at empowering the previously disadvantaged. The offices were in Richards Bay and later moved to Durban. Of late, from last year, I have been trying to call the numbers in the website but the response I get is that they do not exist. Today I sent an email to the address provided in the website and I received notice of non-deliverability.

Some years back I wanted to sell our shares but I was told that I must get the buyer to pay me and that person will take over my shares. I found this not feasible, and had a long break from the company. Worse sill, 100 of my mother's shares were misappropriated early in the years. I kept following up then but the problem was that they kept changing the Secretary so there was no continuity.

I desperately need to know what is happening with our shares, and also have arrangements to the heir to Mom getting her shares in monetary value. I also would like to be able to get paid the value of my shares.

I would be happy if any of the Directors or administrators can help me access the company and get the shares paid out at the present rate.
