UTHULI .... How Disappointing

I am returning customer and really cannot complain about my first experience with Uthuli hence me going back for them to do more work for me. Not sure where they have gone wrong but you are promised quotes time after time, they don't arrive...... after many more phone calls to Uthuli, you eventually get your quote and drop off your goods for re upholstery. They keep to their deadline promised despite minor setbacks on their side, yet on the day of delivery/collection and just before they close you will get a whats app to say your goods will not be ready and they will contact you on the Monday. How disappointing. They don't even have the decency to call their customer and say they are running behind but rather hide behind a cell message!!! I have called my contact Adel who just continues to ignore my calls. I am so disappointed as this was a Company I finally thought had it right .....
