Pathetic Service

Phetetic service, specific *********** staff that drags there feet, do not make payments on time, when payments are done it is not correct, have to keep pointing out to the staff the errors, request a director's e-mail address threw there web page and requested it to via staff but they did not want to pass the mail address on to me, very ****y service and to date payments still not done correctly, no reaso for the short fall in payments...
