USVISA Refuse to pay

I app**** for London visa they accepted my application and they gave me documents for payment, l payed and booked an interview, when I got there for the interview they said they don't do London visa they only do us visa and they refuse to pay me back my money, but they accepted my application and made me pay while they knew very well that they don't do London visa now they say I will not get my money back
