AVOID THIS ****PY BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS
My misery began when I placed an order on 3 Dec 2015 shortly after paying I was contacted by Sufyaan Samaai and was told there was no stock. Jamie-Lee Ontong sent me a refund form on 15 Dec 2015 but since they might still get stock I waited. When no stock was still not available I asked them to send me another item and all I got was silence. 11 Jan I sent them another email requesting the tracking number because I assumed that by now surely there would be stock available. On 2 Feb I was asked to resend proof of payment which I did. Sufyaan contacted me again sometime after that explaining that they have no stock on my original order and also no stock on the item I wanted to replace it with. So on 27 Feb I sent Jamie the completed refund form. On 18 March I sent an email to jamie and sufyaan aksing "Its been 3 weeks, how much longer do I have to wait to get a refund?????" The reply I got on 22 Mar was: "Thanks for your email. I will be doing another follow up with the Accounts Manager." After numerous calls to Jamie I still got nowhere. On 12 April I told her in an email that I will be forced to take legal action if they didn't refund me as soon as possible. At that time I was waiting for the refund for almost 2 months. Her response on the 14th was: "I will find out why the Accounts Manager did not make the payment as of yet and get back to you with an answer." That was the last email I sent her. After that I started phoning her more and more and even spoke to the elusive accounts manager once. I told the accounts manager that they were in violation of their own terms and conditions that are on their website Point 9.2 states: "Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation." This is simply not true because I have waited now for over 11 weeks. Almost 3 months. It has gotten harder to get hold of jamie and even harder to speak to the accounts manager. Do yourselves the immense favor of staying the hell away from this ****py company.
