What they say,isn’t what they do

<p>My husband and I visited Ushaka Marine world on the 25/06/2016. We decided to go especially because ‘Ushaka celebrates 12years’ was promoted. The promotion stated upon entrance to either Wet ‘n Wild, Kids World or SeaWorld , you will receive your entry into the competition. There was a variety of prizes available. Winners were to be announced at 15:00 at each of the above mentioned places. At 14:45 we waited at Wet ‘n Wild and there was no announcement at the DJ Box as promised. We enquired after waiting until 15:30, with many staff members of whom all confirmed that the draw was happening at the Dolphin show and we should just remain patient for the promoters to come over to Wet ‘n Wild once they were done. We remained there until 16:30. There was no communication and we never got any results. This was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Very unexpected from Ushaka. Up until today, we still don’t know if we were in-fact possible winners. A tip to Ushaka : don’t hold competitions, if your intention is to mislead and disappoint us.</p>
