Utterly DISGUSTED.....

Firstly, we haven't been at Ushaka in a long time, a year maybe. We decided yesterday that we will come and spend the day there, taking the combo for Sea World and Wet'n Wild. It is quite expensive, but for the price you expect some service and CLEAN facilities.

In the aquarium, as you go out, the one lady, not the photographer, is soooo rude, she is just shouting that people must come and view their pictures, not even a smile, why would you want to go and view your pictures and even buy them, if the person is so rude??

The change rooms at the Waterpark, oh my word, it was smelling terrible, we couldn't manage the smell, both male and female change rooms, paying so much for entrance and the change rooms, which are suppose to be clean and fresh -were disgusting!!!

We ordered food from Wazooh, opposite the change rooms, the lady helping there, instead of serving the customers, she was on her cellphone and not helping the waiting customers. To add to it, the place was filthy with grease leaking down the walls... Disgusting and Pathetic!

We live in a multi cultural country, yet we onky have to listen to African music the whole day, is Ushaka only for Africans??? And to make it worse, we must watch people walking around naked, exposing their breats, dancing with beers in the pool, where there are children around, IS THIS NOY SUPPOSED TO BE A FAMILY PLACE?????????????? HOW CAN THE MANAGEMENT ALLOW THIS?????????? SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Come on Ushaka, up your game with cleanliness and service and a bit decency that will be enforced, we pay alot to spend quality time there, with our children.
