Last year i booked for a school paid and sent proof of payment the school went and some couldn't go i asked for a refund was given a form told the sooner i do it the money will be paid i did then after a week am told finance team says they can't see whats written on the paper i must send another copy i did they said money will be paid after 30 days i waited after 30 days no luck i contacted them again only to be told i must get a confirmation letter from the school of which am the one who did the bookings and payments and i explained i stay far from the school i cant go back am a work as a tour operate am always everywhere since last year october till now no respond from them
