Refund not honored

We visited uShaka Marine World on 3 January 2024. When paying for our tickets I was advised that the wrong amount was charged. I was told the transaction was cancelled and the money will be reversed back into my credit card. He then proceeded to charge me the correct amount. I have been in touch with Amanda Mnyandu and Menzi to get my money back. They keep saying that the money was refunded. The money has still not been refunded and after trying to contact them today, none of the are available. There were people at the pay window next to me that had the same problem. They are absolutely pathetic.
