****** attitude from unruly patron as well as support staff - Disgusting!

What was meant to be a pleasant day in the sun and water at ushaka marine world turns into a disaster with my wife and mother being harassed by a ****** unruly patron who was supported by an equally ****** support staff member - Sandile Ntuli from ushaka marine world. The abusive patron swore and was condescending toward my wife and mother while they were alone at the picnic spot we setup near Cuda Cafe inside of ushaka. Asking for help from Sandile, they were told to sort it out themselves. He told my wife and mom to 'speak nicely to HIS people'. The drunk patron seated himself upon our towels and chairs while the ladies were alone, while kids, dad and I made a run to get food. The ladies asked the drunk to please leave our stuff as we will be having our lunch there shortly and he became abusive and using profane language toward the ladies.

This is not the kind of behaviour expected of patrons inside of the park, but worse so of Sandile Ntuli who did nothing to assist and was equally abusive, asking my wife and mom to sit on the floor and leave the table to the drunk patron.

We will not be frequenting this theme park again and highly recommend that the park employees are taught about customer service and respect, irrespective if the person needing help is the same race as you or not!

****** doesn't only apply to black people - in this instance the black patron and employee were ****** and demeaning toward us!!!!
