RACE ISSUE AND **********!!!

After a long stressful 6 months of being home, we have taken the family out and thought that Ushaka is the best place to go.. We were so wrong, Firstly, I had my babies juice n a packet of chips in her bag, I thought it wouldn't be a problem as it was purchased at the Ushaka Premises! But we were told to go back and leave the juice n chips behind as it's not allowed into SeaWorld! however thr was a family before us that had cool drinks and chips n alot more eats in a goodie bag, they conversed in Zulu to the security guard and walked straight in with the bag! SO! My question is? Are we having a Race issue at Ushaka!?

Secondly and this angers me much much more than my first issue,

At the aquarium we were asked to take pics, so, we decided to take the pics accordingly... 1 ALONE picture of just my baby... 1 EXTENDED family picture, 1 IMMEDIATE family picture and.. 1 ALONE picture of my dear mum... So as we were told, the package is R199. 00 per booklet! Which consists of 2 large photos and 3 small photos together with a key ring picture.. So that's 1 package! Since we've taken many pics, we've decided to purchase 2 packages! We were not happy with some pictures so we opted to change certain photos... The lady asked us to wait outside once we decided exactly what we were going to do and advised she will print the right pics.. So trusted she did exactly what we had asked, we hadnt opened to the brown bag to check... Came home only to find out... We got ****** in broad daylight! She gave us exactly what we didn't want! N removed the keyring picture plus the 3 small pictures from 1 of the booklets! Her attitude was horrible right from the very start! Being good and wanting to contribute towards the aquarium was something I loved doing! But to rip us off and give me poor service is something we won't accept! USHAKA BETTER REFUND ME ON THE ITEMS THAT WERE REMOVED FROM 1 PACKAGE OR GIVE ME EXACTLY WHAT I'VE PAID FOR OR THR WILL BE CONSEQUENCES!

ON THE CARD IT HAS DETAILS SAYING...WE HAVE THE ABILITY TO VIEW ALL THE PICTURES WE HAVE PAID FOR ONLINE ! I PAID FOR 2 PACKAGES! WITH 4 PICTURES TAKEN IN TOTAL BUT ON THE WEBSITE THERE'S JUST 1 DAMN PICTURE! LIKE WHAT THE HELL U GUYS! I EVEN PAID YOU GUYS FOR 2 KEYRING HOLDERS WHICH WAS OPTIONAL AT R20,00 EACH! NOW I HAVE 1 KEY RING PICTURE! I'M SERIOUSLY ****ED OFF WITH YOUR POOR SERVICE AND HOW YOU PEOPLE HAVE THE NERVE TO BE RUDE AND RIP US OFF... EVEN THOUGH THE CASHIER AND PHOTOGRAPHER COULD BARELY EVEN SMILE AND HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS, I STILL SUPPORTED YOU GUYS OUT OF GOOD FAITH! PLEASE FIX THIS! I'M LEFT HERE FEELING HURT BECAUSE THE PICTURES THAT YOU REMOVED WERE FOR MY MOTHER WHICH SHE WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT AND THE PICTURE OF MY BABY ALONE WAS THE ONE SHE WANTED ENLARGED IN HER BOOKLET, WHICH U GUYS NEVER GAVE! HEARTBREAKING! NOW SHE IS LEFT WITH JUST A STUPID BOOKLET N HER ALONE PIC AND MY EXTENDED FAMILY PIC WITH A KEY RING HOLDER, WHICH SERVES NO PURPOSE AS THRS NO PIC TO PUT IN THERE DUE TO UR PATHETIC SERVICE!
