Poor services and lame excuses

We are currently here and is very disgussed with this place they charge us the full amount to enter without telling us that some of the slides is not working because its using tubes and it can carry over covid thats the excuse but the speed slide is also using tubes but according to the worker that one cant carry over corona lame excuse to charge you the full amount for absolutely nothing the slow river is not working and the big tubes. So lame to use that excuse only to pocket the peoples money very very disgussed. Poor service and lame excuses is gonna make sure in a few years nothing is gonna be left here. So sad.
