Ordered tickets online, 6 days still no tickets

I ordered and paid for tickets (order nr: ***) online for Ushaka Marine world on 24/12/2015 and up to today 29/12/2015 I have still not received my tickets.<br> <br> I got a confirmation email stating that my tickets would follow shortly on the 24th but this never happened.<br> I bought this as a present for someone and have already informed them about it on the 24th only to now have to tell them that Ushaka has still not sent me the tickets as promised.<br> <br>
