FACILITY CLOSED 20TH JANUARY 2023

Attended yesterday 20th January for a day out with the family and what a horrible experience. We were sold tickets only to realize an hour later that we had to follow the queue for another hour to get a refund because the facility is closing due to protesting inside the facility. Terrible experience and waste of my time and day! They knew from the morning but still sold atleasy 80 of us tickets to wait at the gate and then return to pay station for refund.
