Drove from JHB to DBN just to find out Ushaka Marine cancelled the event without notifying anyone who bought tickets!!!!!!

Hi there, i booked 6 ticket at Ushaka Marine for the Spring Break event that was supposed to happen this past Saturday the 8th. We dr0ve all the way from JHB booked hotels and Saturday when we arrived at Ushaka they told us the even was Cancelled (Postponed).

i did not receive an email or an sms about this!!!!!!!!!!! this is really unacceptable!! today i call Ushaka for my refund and they keep transferring me to a dead line!!!!!

So how much wasted on a event they decide the cancel last minute!!!!! this is really unprofessional!!!!!!! i want all my money bac****!!
