breach of contract / unhelpfulness

Good morning<br> I purchased a groupon voucher for the \shark dive activity for 2"<br> <br> I made a booking on 01 November 2015 ( halloween party) also purchased tickets for Halloween and wanted to do both on 1 day. we proceeded to Ushaka and was directed to the ticket counter to redeem ticket and there after sent to guest relations to go through. at guest relations we were told that due to the rain and thunder we could not undertake the activity. we were not directed back to the cashiers <br> <br> we proceeded back to join the Halloween party"
