Birthday parties at Ushaka
Recently hosted my childs 4th birthday party at ushaka where we ordered party packs and food platters for the adults. 1 - The party packs were not delivered and the platters had to be organised on the morning of the party and arrived late. 2. The water features were not working until half way through the party. 3. We have been asked to pay in bits and drabs instead of 1 overall invoice. Overall i am very disappointed with the management of the kids world at ushaka and will not recommend anyone have their kids party there. Huge blow as i have always been a fan of Ushaka.
