Very disgusted as we planned this trip now for a few months now...

We checked the website and we were actually at Ushaka on Tuesday 15 December 2020 and there were a combo price of R219 for the Aqua and wet and wild, but couldn't go for wet and wild were closed on Tuesday.. So we decided to come on friday to do both.. Friday come we wanted to buy the combo tickets-IT IS NOT THERE ANYMORE..

Now you have to pay an ekstra R171.00 just to do the wet and wild.. Since when is it right to ******* people??

You are making more than a 100% profit on people that want to enjoy your aquarium and water park..

If "Covid" as your staff stating is controlling you to control people, then you STILL have no excuse to rip people off with money!!!

I am very disappointed as we were planning this whole week as based on your rates on the website and on the boards and now it is suddenly gone..

You really think you can fool people??

Well, you "Management" made my first time at ushaka very disappointing and I did not enjoy it as I know that you want to rip people out of their money..

Covid did not only affected "you" it affected the whole country and now you just want the people to suffer more because they need to pay more???? Atleast let them enjoy the time and not have to worry where do we get money to pay you..

Sorry Ushaka! I don't support bad management that tries to rip people off..

Well, today the combo price is suddenly gone
