us.frontearth.com a total ****

Be aware, very aware of us.frontearth.com. They appear to be a one man operation offering various consumer products online for sale. I ordered and paid for a Matrix Powerwatch 2 they advertised on their main website landing page, all with photos and the lot.

What I received instead was a cheap $5.00 plastic watch called a EX16S smar****ch. What a *******!! I attempted over the last week to contact them and had no luck whatsoever. I finally received an email from a person called Carl Jacob (***) simply stating in a generic message that;

"Dear customer: Our products sent to you by post are the same as those sold on the website. Please focus on the user experience and give timely feedback on relevant problems so that we can improve our service level as soon as possible."

Thats it!? No attempt to rectify the situation or even offering a refund or anything. I subsequently found other consumers that had simiar bad exeperiences. This company apparently offer and advertise premium quality products, but once you order and pay, they simply deliver cheap products from China that does not even look like the product they advertised in detail.

Stay away!! They are clearly out to **** consumers and de*****ing you.
