Excellent and friendly customer service
I had a dead instrument cluster on my Renault Sandero Stepway and found that UsedCarParts near Cape Gate, Brackenfell, in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, had one in stock. It was in excellent condition and offered at a very good price. They allowed me to fit the cluster to my vehicle to check whether it would work. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a non-Stepway instrument cluster and was therefore not fully compatible. They even allowed me to test it while driving, which confirmed that it was not the correct unit for my vehicle. Throughout the process, they were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated their willingness to let me test the part before purchasing it. I will definitely be using UsedCarParts again in the future and would highly recommend them based on the excellent customer service, reasonable pricing, and the fact that their shop is clean, professional and well set up.
