worst service and disrespectful@

I was a loyal customer and sent many referrals until I made the mistake to buy shoes from them and they treated me with disrespect! they make the error in their sizes and charge you the same price for an exchange as a new pair alltogether? will never ever use them again! this is not how you treat loyal clients!!
