Worst customer service experience

Hi<br> <br> I have purchased a heater last year August from U Save Scottsville and just yesterday the heater packed up. The cashier who assisted me in date stamping the box for the warranty had stamped it incorrectly and I asked her clearly to do it correctly and with asking her, she responded with a harsh attitude, surprisingly she's the same lady who assisted me yesterday and as you would expect I was welcomed with the same attitude. As I confronted her about the mistake she had made and her sour attitude she blatantly ignored me and hushed me away from her in her language of speaking, as I felt that I have clearly been violated as a consumer I demanded to speak with the one incharge of their employees and their behaviour towards their customers. I eventually got to speak to the Lady - \The Manager"about her cashier and my situation regarding my faulty heater and how the cashier incorrectly stamped the box"
