VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CHECKERS

I was at uSave in Lenasia South and I wanted to transfer money to be sent to someone through the money market. I had done two transactions and I lost the receipt for the first one I did. I remember the pin and all I need is the m number and I couldn't be helped. The manager asked for my ID and proof of adress in which I produced and she told me to come later because she wI'll submit my case to regional office. I came later and I was given a pin that doesnt even exist. My question why take my IDENTITY DOCUMENT if it's not going to help me. Why want all my personal information if it's not gonna help me get back my money
