Very bad bad bad service on all 3 usaves I bought from

I was at their shop yesterday at Usave Bramley we were served by the guy his name is Katlego and the queue was very long then I asked him that why only 1 till is open and it’s month end, the response was the other guy went to lunch the I said to him but u have 4 tills at the shop where are other guys he said I don’t want to answer you cos u will think that I’m disrespecting you I said no don’t disrespect I’m just asking a question and I’m not attacking you the response again was, do you want plastic uncle , u know with that attitude you could see the boy didn’t know why he was there he didn’t even noticed that I was recording him
