USave Lifateng Tembisa Horrible service

I had a terrible experience with the USave in Tembisa at Lifateng. I called and spoke to a lady by the name Ester, I called to enquire about bus ticket sales and money market , which she kindly assisted, I informed her that I will be sending my son to purchase a ticket for me, and rep**** & said that was fine. As soon as my child arrived there , they harassed him, firstly by the security whom did not want him to purchase a ticket without a permit (which as far as I know, permit are no longer required when purchasing a bus ticket as per the current level 3 regulations)

When I called the store while my child was waiting patiently outside their door, no one answered their phone lines, this was upsetting and extremely unprofessional.
