Usave in Bramley overcharging customers

I was incorrectly charged for a product not available in the store . My receipt showed that I paid for a comforter worth R129. The store does not have this product. What is worse was the reaction of the cashier then later the manager when they saw my recipt. They said that they would not repay me as they did not have the comforter in the store. The rudeness I experienced because of their incompetence is disturbing . They are overcharging customers and I believe *****ing their money.
