Unfair treatment of the staff.

USave is mistreating their staff members. So my brother works at USave Isithama Section in Tembisa. So firstly they don’t wanna hire people so they make people work extra hours, but those hours are not regarded as overtime. So on Sunday 17/02/2019 they had stocktaking, and he started work as usual at 8am, they were only released at 5am on Monday, and were expecting back at work at 7am that same Monday, and this is all for R90, they worked more than 12 HOURS JUST FOR R90.

Their manager named Victor is very unfair to the staff, and doesn’t care about their well being, because even on normal days they close at 7, then they have to pack stock, my brother usually gets home around 10pm, mind you they walk home and it’s quite a distance, and there are girls in that group; now imagine if they were to be ****** or something (God forbid), but just imagine, they wouldn’t even care, but would get new staff members.

Usave needs to do better, I’m sure they make a whole lot of money, they must hire enough people, and compensate people accordingly for the extra hours they put in. It is unfair to treat people unfairly just because they need the job.
