U SAVE TY LESOTHO - SHOPRITE GROUP

I am writing on behalf of my helper Lipuo. We have been experiencing alot of problems with U SAVE TY in Lesotho regarding money market. I send the money every month but the lady call Libuseng from the money market, does not want to assist our mother with withdrawals. Or maybe there is a set amount but I do not think R2500 less is a questionable money for monthly groceries.

Lodged a call with your call centre *** and tried calling the store direct. Spoke to Pontso who said she is the Branch manager but I think she is not understanding our query regarding this issue and the effects it has on our mother travelling each month to collect money but not assisted.

This is bad example as I am a sale executive, knowing fully how customer care should be done.
