U Save Kleinvlei service sucks

I've received an sms from Nedbank stating that cardless withdrawals can be done at U Save money markets. So my pregnant wife and I went to Kleinvlei U Save to withdraw the cash and absolutely nobody could assist us. They were not even aware that this could be done. Kept saying item not found and nobody could care less. They just sent us on our way without money. Went to the branch in ***lee and has the cash in my hand in less than a minute.

So I'd like to pose a question to the Kleinvlei branch management. Do you not train your staff on new developments?as not 1 of them was aware that this could be done which I find unacceptable as I (the customer) had to inform them, show them the sms and they were like woah, we didn't know that. Pathetic service from that branch.
