Treating and Clasifying Customers unfairly

My son went to Usave next to Home Affairs in Bree Street to take out Send money with am ID. When he asked for this service.. They just cheekly told him they do not hsve money.This ia closer to his college He went there on Thursday. They told him they had no money. He had to go to Southgate today to be assisted. A mere R400.00.. Shocking. Is this a matter orlf classyfying people. Just because he is a Student. This process so cumbersome. He was assusted by a young african not too dark of average height who spoke Zulu who just told him straight to his face we have no money.. He was bored and disappointed since he was not assisted. We demand an apology and reimbur*****t for the time wasted and inconvenience caused.
