SRD MONEY GONE AT USAVE

On the 21/09/2025 I went to Usave , Andringastr, Stellenbosch to collect my 2 Months Sassa SRD money (R740) . I gave the Cashier my details and then I pressed 1 on my mobile phone.The Cashier then told me that the system is offline and that her till did not open She then said that I will have to come back later. I left the the shop and decided to return on my next SRD payment date 27/09/2025 .A week later I went back to The same USAVE to withdraw my SRD money . I received only my SRD grant for September (R370) and now made the horrifying discovery that my July 2025 & August 2025 SRD money (R740) have been withdrawn without me receiving it.I went to the manager of USAVE ( Sam ) and reported the incident to him and whe identified the Cashier (who was in the shop) and gave him the date and time of incident. Sam (manager) then informed me to go to the Post office to see where to money was withdrawn. On 29/092025 I went to Post Office which informed me that my R740 was withdrawn on 21/09/2025 at USAVE.On 30/09/2025 I took the statement back to USAVE and gave this to both managers SAM and NOMFUSI and they told me they will look into this . I Also asked for the video footage . They informed me that their video footage is deleted and they can't check and see if the money has been checked in or if the till roll (cash up) was over on that specific day . They were supposed to get back to me but have not responded to me
