Shoprite Westridges abuse center

Hello Peter , so I am a current worker at shoprite westridge branch in Mitchell's plain an I got a big problem with my manager Mrs De Wet firstly I have to fight for a pay slip ,which is also given to me open also she has no way of talking to the staff members an no one is willing to open there mouths , I'm on a 6 months contract an she threaten me by telling me that she can take my contract just so away from me like she have it with me doing nothing wrong that's call victimized she has no right also the controller on the floor is not friendly at all I had many customers that complains about her attitude but yet the manage does nothing about it!why? Because they are besties an has the same attitude she doesn't want to be called up an down on the floor but she's a controller ....i honestly don't know how to explain how terrible it is there but a change need to happy staffs can't be treated like they in school an if nothings going to happy from here I will take things further even if I have to put a petition up
