Shoprite USave Jansenville owes me Thousands of Rands

JD Smith offered me employment with USave Jansenville and I started there ±mid. Feb. 2019. I was told that after 12 weeks Head Office would put me on the system and I'd then get the 12 weeks' money as back pay. In my 12th week JD Smith called a staff meeting and a few other guys and myself were told to go home and wait to hear from him, whilst he waits to hear from Head Office. The waiting became excruciating and I started smelling a Rat. I went to CCMA, lodged a complaint and was given partially-filled forms to take to Jodine Simons at USave Jansenville, so that their side of the forms could be completed for CCMA. I handed the forms to Jodine Simons personally. The following day when I went back to collect the forms from USave Jansenville, I was told that they had lost the forms and couldn't find it anywhere. I was told that they'd look for the forms and -contact me once they find it. One thing to the next. I've taken the matter up with Head Office and I was informed that I'd be paid over the past week. This is 2 years and 3 months since JD Smith told the guys and myself that he'd get in touch. We all worked very hard and I was mostly collected by JD Smith from my place of residency TO COME WORK ON MY OFF DAYS. Hours were long, physical labor was required and -payment agreement was R850 per week... Still waiting and now I know there's more in the same boat as me. I have to trust that USave Jansenville will be investigated as I was fingerprinted and -had to sign a contract with them as well... Just to hear that now apparently JD "can't place me at all".
