Shoprite Usave disadvantaged me, with terrible and unfair treatment!

<p>My name is Mqondisi Magcaba. On the 08th of February 2017 I went to Usave Shoprite in Verulam to take out the amount that my sister sent me via money market. I was assisted by a lady called Phindile Dlamini. She asked for the reference number which was M ********** ********** and it was correct and then the pin which was 1212 and it was correct and the amount and I told her it’s R500 and she said the amount is incorrect so I can’t get the money and I suddenly remember and I told the lady that my sister put R500 so it’s must be R500. She said to me oooh now you are guessing. I can’t give you the money. I told her that Im sure it’s r490 and she said that is incorrect. I got so confused and I called my sister and I couldn’t get her. I told the lady that I can’t find my sister but I remember my sister apologizing the previous day that she didn’t put R510 so I can get the whole R500. So it should be R490 and the lady said it’s not. She was even becoming warm and started shouting at me telling me that I won’t be getting money and stuff. I waited for about an hour trying to contact my sister and it was about 10:00 am when I got there and I needed that money to book a plane to Cape Town. I saw a store manager then Mr Xolani Gumede. I told him the situation and he he told me I can’t get the money. I ended up sourcing money from friends and luckily I got the money and booked the flights. I missed some cheaper flight due to this and ended up getting more expensive flight. When I got to Cape Town I went to Checkers Hyper in Parrow Center and to my surprise I did get the R490 that the lady in Verulam said it was not correct. I am really angry with what this lady did to me. Why did she say that R490 is not correct when it was? But besides that the lady knows exactly that sometimes people do put a whole amount and it is an obvious known fact that if someone had put the whole number then the amount that will come out will be R10 less than that? Even when I tell her that the amount is R490 and she said no and I go somewhere and they says yes! Why did this lady put me though such a disadvantage?</p>
