Service sucks

I Had such a bad experience at the new usave that opened in Sydenham I was at the till point paid for my items and the cashier tells me you need to pack your own items I never had a problem with that even though the store was empty and so was the other tills so I started packing my items she then calls the next customer and decides to serve that customer while my items are still on the counter which causes a mix up because I had not finished pack my items then pushes my item's to the side still on the counter I felt that was rude of her she could of waited until my items was packed before calling the next customer or even helping me pack not just take the next customer called the manager on duty was told his busy I see him then walking past as I was told by the security guard thats the manager so I walk up to him and let him know my experience he says sorry man and goes to the cashier approaches the cashier in front of her customer doesnt say much asks me wheres my stuff looks at it and says sorry not saying he will sort this issue out so that it doesn't happen again to the next customer or even say I will give feedback his approach was not on im so disgusted I will not be shopping at that store again first and last.
