Rude staff

Cashier Prizaan absolutely rude....was never treated this way before from any cashier at the Usave branch Brooklyn Cape Town....she refused to help me without my ID for collecting cash which I did not know I was to have. Not having my ID was fine but the way she spoke to me without even looking my way was absolutely unacceptable. You look the customer in her eye and explain in a decent manner and not look the other way and push my fone aside and say what you want to say.

Very upset about is its disrespectful to say the least.
