Rude manager

I Hello I went to usave yarona in Alexandra and took an item that was marked R21.99 but it scanned R29.99 and we only realized this after I had paid. The cashier tried to get the manager to assist but the manager by the name of Tshepo was busy cashing up another cashier and I had to wait for about 15/20 minutes. When Tshepo finally attended to me he had an offish body language and instructed that I go with him to show him the price of which I politely did. He then explained that the item I took was not the one marked R21.99 I then asked where is the price of the item I took he rudely told me they are busy with pricing (at 4:45) I then told him we need to cut the long story short as I was in a hurry then walked away from me leaving me unattended like that. I called customer care and while I was still busy on the phone he came to me and I asked if he would like to speak to the lady on the other line he walked away again without saying anything. I still waited for another 10/15 minutes then decided to leave without the item and without my money. I am absolutely disgusted with this kind of service especially from a senior person in the store
