Risk

On 24 August 2019, my mum visited Usave in Geluksdal. Due to Negligence on the part of Usave , the advertising boards all fell on her back. She has been and still is in extreme pain. Usave is refusing for us to view the video footage of the incident. My mum is an elderly lady and this company is taking advantage of her age and vulnerability. I have been liaising with your head office. I have had consultation from the area manager who promised i would view the footage on 25 August 2019 and this never transpired. If the shop was ****** or somebody was ****ed in the store, the information i am requesting would have been released to the relevant parties, what makes this incident different. What transpired was a pure lack of risk evaluation and now my mum is victim of this
