Ridiculousness

<p>Good day,</p> <p>On 16 March 2016 i deposited money to my aunt through 'money market' at Usave store in Crystal Park. I sent my aunt the reference number and pin code as required for withdrawal. She could not get the money, as there was a challenge with the pin code. I went back to Usave the next day to withdraw the money and I could'nt either. I was told to make an affidavit at the poiice station and submit a copy of my ID book. I did as told. I was told that only their head office can unlock the pin and will feedback to me in 7 days, via SMS. After 7 days, nothing came through and i went back to enquire. I was told to wait 10 days! To date, i have not received any feedback or SMS from Usave. Each time I phone during the day ( ********** ) the number is engaged. i want my R350 and I don't understand why i should be sent from pillar to post. This is ridiculous.</p>
