REFUSAL WITH CAPITEC CASH SEND MONEY

The store seems to have serious "issues" with helping clients with CAPITEC CASH SEND money - the withdrawals.

This is the 3rd time i am experiencing issues with the teller for refusal to give me cash send money...but the incident which happened last night really aggrevated the matter.

I went to the store towards closing time around 6:45p.m and i was told by the teller that there is no money (R500)...i should wait. I stood next to the till and he then told me to GO WAIT AT A FAR END OF THE SHOP.

When i shifted a bit he stood up and went to call SECURITY to come remove me from the till.

At another till, simultaneously there was another lady also YELLING to the teller telling her that she NEEDS to buy bread with the CASH SEND money sent to her...she was also being removed from the till because she also needed CAPITEC CASH SEND money.

She also verified that at all times that USAVE STORE - Mangalani Soweto, gives her trouble everytime she comes to withdraw capitec cash send money.

This is really disturbing as we know that the business is rendering the service - but each time we experience issues with withdrawals.

COULD THERE BE A SOLUTION TO THIS MATTER? It really is frustrating.
