****** IS A BAD SITUATION

#Win I will write again and again about Usave, if it will at all help to make conditions better for us as a coloured racial group in Touwsrivier. Potential people with exceptional skills are hired and according to Management they signed contracts, they apparently sign to do everything, from Store room , to filling and packing of the shelves. cleaning as well as cashier work. And while workers from the black racial group stay and working their hearts out, our people are encouraged by Managers to resign due to shortages when they are doing duty at the till. ****** is a bad situation and they cause systematic poverty. It seems to me that they do not want to see our people come out on top as well. They affect our people's human dignity and make them feel they are not good enough. It is not seen that we also go through proposed procedures. It is sad when I see that Touws River is a Colored community, but in the big Usave only 3 colored people are working there. The others are all from the black racial group who come from other places to take service when the coloreds have taken their bags. I am highly disappointed in the state of affairs. We know of demographics and we know of racial grouping in a workplace, Please Usave our people are in need for work too!
